国管公积金贷款上限调至120万
据了解,在继北京市管公积金上调住房公积金贷款额度后,国管公积金也公布,调整公积金个人住房的贷款政策:购买政策房或套型面积在90平方米(含)以下的首套自住住房,贷款高额度上调至120万元。新政从2015年1月1日起实施。此次国管公积金的政策调整与市管公积金类似。首先,在贷款额度方面,借款申请人购买政策性住房或套型建筑面积在90平方米(含)以下的首套自住住房,贷款高额度调整为120万元,购买套型建筑面积在90平方米以上的非政策性住房或第二套住房的,贷款高额度仍为80万元。
国开行超额完成2014年棚改贷款发放目标
据悉,截至今年12月底,国家开发银行累计发放棚户区改造贷款8047亿元,贷款余额6359亿元,全年新增发放贷款4086亿元,这一数字超过了国开行今年年中制定的4000亿元目标。其中,新增发放贷款4086亿元,支持了30多个省(区、市)棚户区改造,涉及总建筑面积约8.6亿平方米,惠及棚户区居民近875万户。
