四川全面取消限购限价 "9070政策"成为历史
据悉,2015年1月20日,四川省住房城乡建设工作会议召开,会上披露了“全面取消限购、限价”,取消“9070政策”。据了解,所谓“双限”及限购和限价,在原来的政策背景下,四川只有成都市实行了限购。众所周知,在操作层面上,成都已在去年下半年放开了限购。而限价政策,四川很多地市州去年开始不再执行限价,但仍有一些地方没放开。此次提出全面取消限购限价,其实是一个强调。
住建部部长:高库存三四线城市不再新建安置房
据悉,住建部拟出台收购商品房用于保障性住房指导意见,在此基础上,住建部将督促存量库存较高的城市,出台将商品房转化为安置房,促进棚改与利用存量房的支持措施。“房地产库存高企的三四线城市,再盖新楼进行整体安置已没必要。”住房和城乡建设部部长陈政高近日在包头举行的棚户区改造经验交流会上表示,随着保障房建设的持续推进和棚改的不断深入,棚改房源将不再局限于政府主导建设,符合接受保障的家庭可以到市场上购买,政府通过资金补贴实现保障。同时,住建部发布《关于加快培育和发展住房租赁市场指导意见》则提出,支持房地产开发企业将其持有房源向社会出租,并通过从租赁市场筹集公共租赁房房源。
证监会:上市公司涉及房地产业务不再由国土部事前审查
据证监会新闻发言人邓舸表示,上市公司再融资、并购重组涉及房地产业务的,国土资源部不再进行事前审查,对于是否存在土地闲置等问题认定,以国土资源部门公布的 处罚信息为准;对于是否存在正在被(立案)调查的事项,中介机构应当充分核查披露。邓舸介绍,根据国务院《关于坚决遏制部分城市房价过快上涨的通知》(国发【2010】10号文)和2013年《关于继续做好房地产市场调控工作的通知》的规定,对存在闲置土地、炒地以及 、哄抬房价等违法违规行为的房地产开发企业,将暂停上市、再融资和重大资产重组,证监会坚决贯彻执行国务院文件规定。
